The process

CONSULTATION

During a 10 minute consultation, you'll share a bit about your tailoring and custom sewing needs. Then an in-home fitting is scheduled to meet your unique service and timeline requirements.

FIRST FITTING

Book your appointment for the time and location that works best for you. Our team will arrive to fit and mark your garments for tailoring and repairs. In the meantime, some simple preparations can help make the most of your fitting.

FULLFILMENT

After the fitting, your garment alterations, repairs and reworks are completed in-house by a team of experts. Throughout the process, questions, updates and concerns are provided for clarity and peace-of-mind.

FOLLOW-UP

When garments and projects are completed, another fitting is scheduled to ensure that every piece is tailored to perfection. We come to you and carefully check the fit of each piece and then make any additional needed adjustments.
